Solicitation N0042119Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.   The Government intends to purchase on a brand name basis, and to award the proposed purchase order on a Antenna Research Associates, Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b).

Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners. 

Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer.

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

The Government intends to award this on a Brand Name & Authorized Dealer Only basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote according to the attached specifications, no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time, October 19, 2018. The Government will consider quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the product cited. Items must be covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.  Award will be made on an all or none basis.  All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected]
