The 2021 ITS Program - North project includes the installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) facilities and replacement of existing traffic signal controller units along portions of James S. McDonnell Boulevard, Howdershell Road, Shackelford Road, and Old Halls Ferry Road, as indicated on the plans, within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner.
