The Office of Contracts and Grants Management (OCGM) of the Library of Congress is seeking industry feedback and assistance refining the attached statement of work for an online storefront for the routine purchase of commercial goods and services to supplement the Library's existing procurement system. Please see attached statement of work.
Note: This RFI is being issued solely as part of market research and planning being conducted by OCGM and does not constitute a request for proposal or promise to issue a request for proposal in the future, and a RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service (see FAR 15.201(e) - Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract).
All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the Library of Congress will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate a respondent for any costs incurred. All information received in response to this notice will not be returned.
