NAVAIR intends to issue a fixed price type order under BOA#: N00019-10-G-0004 to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) Bethpage, NY for regression testing of AN/APX-123(V) and AN/APX-123A (V) transponders with software version 7.0. As sole developer, and manufacturer of the E-2 aircraft weapon system, only NGC has the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data required to meet the Navy's operational requirements.
