The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Applied Biosystems, 850 Lincoln Centre Drive, Foster City, CA 94404, for one (1) 4376485, BigDye Xterminator Kit (800 ml) and twenty-seven (27) 4337455 TF, BOT v3.1 RR-100 and Sequence buffer. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
