This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is 140P6424Q0053 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

(iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 331210 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees.

(v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure.

(vi) Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, a unit of the National Park Service located in Ashland County and Bayfield County, WI, is seeking the furnishment of a galvanized structural steel framed boardwalk with non-penetrating adjustable legs and pressure treated lumber decking, including all fittings, accessories, and fresheners in accordance with the attached Specifications.

(vii) Delivery is expected within 45 days of contract award and will be to the following address:
