This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the
simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested for one (1) fully assembled and configered APH-22 hexacopter and ground station with the following technical specifications:
Fully assembled and configured APH-22 hexacopter with:
o 2.4GHz spread spectrum radio control transmitter and receiver
o Standard GPS waypoint navigation
o Fixed vertical camera mount
o 5.8 GHz video downlink
o 910 MHz telemetry downlink
o 5000 mAH flight battery
o Battery charger
Ground Station with:
o 5.8 GHz diversity video receiver
o NTSC video monitor
o 910 MHz telemetry receiver
o LCD telemetry display

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Interested parties must respond to this announcement within
fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. All responses must be in
writing and may be faxed to 206-526-6025 or email

[email protected]) . This is a simplified acquisition with an
estimated value of less than $150,000.
All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be
registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). NO award can be
made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional

eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all
