The BUY AMERICAN ACT applies to this solicitation.

The purpose of this modification is to revise the product description as follows:
One-Trip containers are acceptable, provided the containers meet all other criteria contained in Product description in attachment 1.
Date of Manufacturer will be no older than 3 years from date of acceptance.
Questions and Answers shall be posted to this Solicitation as Attachment 2.
As a result of this modification, the response date shall be extended by 7 days, to allow vendors to consider changes.
 In accordance with FAR 25.401(a)(1), the TAA is exempted with acquisitions set aside for small businesses.
