DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for the attached list of NSNs.

This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition.  Items are not used in the commercial sector.   The issue date on or around 03/21/2017. The closing date is on or around 04/05/2016. 3:00 PM, EST.   It is anticipated that these Military Apache NSNs will be added to a Long Term Agreement with the OEM and orders will be placed against the OEM's Captains of Industry Contract and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request.  In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).  SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov.  Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
