The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure ANTISWEAT SILKBACK to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 314999 and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable.
