The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with Antilles School for School Year 2016 – 2017 tuition.

The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Daniel Cordes, email address [email protected] by Thursday June 23rd, 2016 (3:30pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
