The requirement will consist of: Delivering 55 gallon drum of antifreeze and pickup old antifreeze at several different locations in Connecticut.
The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below:
Anti-Freeze
Delivery of heavy duty extended life antifreeze/coolant in 55 gallon drums used for military vehicles at surface maintenance facilities, and pick up of used antifreeze. The delivered antifreeze is extended life coolant used in sleeved cylinder diesel engines. It contains 1200-1600 ppm nitrites (sometimes pink in color). It contains a 50/50 mixture of virgin antifreeze and water.
Antifreeze/coolant must be compatible with almost any vehicle

Must meet or exceed the physical, chemical, and performance requirements of the following specifications:

Vendor must guarantee against defects in material, process or workmanship and bear responsibility for any damage directly caused by any failure related to the quality of their products to perform as intended when used in accordance with manufacturer and specifications.

Potential offerors having the skills, experience, professional qualifications, and capabilities necessary to perform the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Upon review of industry response to this sources sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest.
