Defense Health Agency (DHA), National Capital Region - Contracting Division (NCR-CD), Falls Church, VA intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for antibodies and all associated items from vendors' commercial catalog/pricelist, as needed. The supplies will generally fall under Product Service Code (PSC) 6550. Specific requirements (including clone number and host animal) to limit arduous time and efforts for revalidation of retraining of staff on new antibodies are:

All antibodies must be in pre-dilute form and available in sizes of 1 ml, 7 ml or 25ml.

This agreement may be issued for five (5) years. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirement Not Later Than (NLT): September 24, 2019. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received relative to the above notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to establish future Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Agreements will include but are not limited to coverage for Walter Reed National Medical Center (WRNMMC).
