The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6650014795386. This item is sole source to Aimpoint (3J629). An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and two option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed five years. Applicable NAICS is 333314 and Small Business Size Standard is 500. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on July 7, 2015, at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery as described in the solicitation.

This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
