The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Electronic Enclosures for the AN/SPN-41B Unit 1. The Electronic Enclosure will be installed by the government on U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier (CVN) and Amphibious Assault (LHA/LHD) Class ships.

This requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a Fixed Price, 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated maximum quantity of 40 each Electronic Enclosures. This requirement will be awarded to one offeror and will be a 100% small business set-aside. All technical documents related to this requirement will be considered Distribution C; distribution is authorized to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors.

Award will be based on a determination of "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable", which may require discussions with the offerors. Further details will be posted with the solicitation.

Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors.
