SUBJECT: Sole Source Synopsis, AN/PRC-117G Radios
l. The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX, intends to solicit and award a sole source
firm-fixed price contract for the following: AN/PRC-117G radios and equipment to Harris
Corporation. 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 USA Cage: 14304, in accordance with
FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition
is 334220 (Radio and television broadcasting and wireless communications equipment
manufacturing), small business size standard: 1,250 EMP . Interested parties may identify their
interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive
proposals/quotes. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 5 days
of publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based
upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses
received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the
Government.
