• The proposed solicitation will be a set aside for Small Businesses (SB). The NAICS code is 561210, Facilities Support Services.
• Description of items: Requirement is to perform the semi-annual cleaning and annual cleaning of the kitchen ventilation hoods for 6 commercial kitchen exhaust hoods at the Roseburg VAHCS facility. As per NFPA 96, the commercial kitchen exhaust hoods need to be on a proper cleaning schedule.
• Delivery schedule to be determined with the facility based on:

• The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the first week of September 2024, with an anticipated award date of  the fourth week of September 2024.
