Annual Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UT), Spokane Solid Waste Disposal, Waste To Energy Facility, City of Spokane Outages are anticipated to occur the first week in May and first week in November. The WTEF Spokane reserves the right to change the dates for services as needed. Two boilers will be ultrasonically tested each outage. The proposed contract is estimated to being about 10/1/2019 and to end on 9/30/2020. Contract renewals or extensions shall be initiated at the discretion of the City and subject to mutual agreement. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the “Clarification Tab” within ProcureWare. Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City
