This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to provide the required products. Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information should be submitted via email to Tracey M. Burress at [email protected]. Responses must be submitted by COB February 23, 2012. All information submitted on or before this date will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
