This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-91 (Sep 30, 2016) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirements will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.

This procurement is for the purpose of a One (1) year renewal of subscription service that provides online access to Institute of Physics (IOP) Online covering a wide range of topics in scientific and technical subjects applicable to the Redstone Arsenal Community.

The contractor shall maintain and keep fully operational online access to the following titles:
COR - IOPcorporate Electronic Only

The contractor shall provide helpdesk assistance to local administrator for the resolution to access problems.

Adequate notification will be given by contractor/vendor of downtimes and non-availability of materials, usually 48 hours.
