3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES The provisions contained in this section are intended to be cooperative with, to supplement, or to modify Instructions to Bidders and Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict with such sections, the intent of any kind and all Technical Specifications shall govern. The purpose of the contract will be to provide a clean, sanitary environment for both employees and patrons of the Library District to work and do business. This includes the interior offices, lobbies, corridors, entrances, bathrooms, stairways, and other interior and exterior spaces. 3.1 Buildings 3.1.1 Locations 3.1.1.1 Tower Road Branch Library, 3020 SW 75th Street, Gainesville, FL 32607 3.1.1.2 Millhopper Road Branch Library, 3145 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32606 3.1.2 Approximate Sq. Footage 3.1.2.1 Tower Road (approximately 23,500 sq ft) 3.1.2.2 Millhopper (approximately 23,500 sq ft) 3.2 Service Days/Times 3.2.1 Seven (7) Days A Week 3.2.2 Service times: 6:00 am – 9:00 am 3.2.3 Service times to be approved by Facility/Safety Administrator or assign.
