The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable suppliers for providing an Annual Contract for CSS-1H Asphaltic Emulsion for the City of Bakersfield Public Works Department, Streets Division. One (1) signed original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the time and date specified in the bid document.
