Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency and Pre-Trial Services Agency

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) and the Pretrial Services Agency (PSA) perform approximately 8500 behavioral health and addiction assessments per year for individuals under Pretrial supervision, Probation, Parole and Supervised Release within the District of Columbia. In order to effectively assess clients and support treatment services for these individuals, CSOSA and PSA use the Adult Addiction Severity Index (ASI).

Description of Services

Annual Support and Maintenance for current users BSAP - Adult AccuCare Licenses
System Maintenance and Support for the current AccuCare SQL system installed on CSOSA's servers which contain the electronic Adult ASI assessment software and supports 90 Concurrent Users as well as (but not limited to) the following:

Clinical Assessments
Treatment Plans
Placement Analysis (ASAM Criteria)
Progress Notes
Discharge Summaries

The application is compatible with Microsoft IE6 and later, Chrome, Firefox as well as Microsoft SQL Server 2017, Windows Server 2016 or higher and Internet Information Server (IIS). Help desk support twenty-four (24) hours/365 days
