Off-site disposal of all demolition debris is required. Contractor will be responsible to field verify measurements prior to ordering materials. Scope of Work: Provide and install new 72" commercial grade low profile electric air curtain with heat, 1,800 CFM, 53dba, 208/230V Provide and install limit switch on door for air curtain controls. Provide and install new 50amp circuit from source panel. Terminate and test. Patch and repair any drywall of acoustical ceilings that are damaged during this work to match existing conditions. The project period to begin upon contract award; and to be completed on or before November 1, 2021 or as determined by project manager after preconstruction meeting. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
