Animal Shelter Facility (Project No. 17999B) The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for a new Animal Shelter Facility. This project includes the involves the construction of a new 9,651 square foot (plus equipment platform) one-story animal control facility in Pasco, Washington. The Animal control facility will be a pre-engineered metal building. The building site is approximately 2.51 acres in size, of which approximately 1.90 acres will be developed. Overall substantial completion shall be achieved within one hundred and Two Hundred and Fifty-One (251) working days after the Owner’ Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within Thirty (30) Calendar days after substantial completion. The project will have one phase. Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Friday, October 28th, 2022. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost.
