The description of this synopsis/solicitation is changed as follows: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under NIHES20090066. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34, effective July 15, 2009. Classification Data: 8(a) Competitive Set-Aside. NAICs Code/Size: 541990/$6.5 Million Provisions and clauses are revised as follows: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUL 2009) is included by reference (full text is available electronically at http://www.acqnet.gov/).
