The City of Dallas is soliciting bids to establish a 3-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement for the purchase and delivery of tightly baled compressed wood shavings for the Dallas Police Mounted Squad horse stalls. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods/services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. Any agreement procured through this solicitation shall commence on the date of award by the Dallas City Council and upon the execution of the Contract (if applicable).
