This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air National Guard (ANG) Chaplain Corps, have fielded a relationship enhancement program available voluntarily to all Airmen and their spouses. ANG Strong Bonds is a skills-based curriculum-driven program led and facilitated by ANG Chaplain Corps personnel with the option of assistance by Airman & Family Readiness Program Managers (A&FRPM) or other approved volunteer facilitators who have been certified in the curriculum to be Utilized.
