This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.  The Air National Guard (ANG) Chaplain Corps, have fielded a relationship enhancement program available voluntarily to all Airmen and their spouses.  ANG  Strong Bonds is a skills-based curriculum-driven program led and facilitated by ANG Chaplain Corps personnel with the option of assistance by Airman & Family Readiness Program Managers (A&FRPM) or other approved volunteer facilitators who have been certified in the curriculum to be Utilized.
