The Contractor shall provide professional services to complete a bid-ready set of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) for airport improvement work. Services are anticipated to include Civil and Electrical Engineering; Surveying and Mapping; Hydrology and Hydraulics (H&H) Engineering; PFAS testing; Engineer?s Design Report (EDR); Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP); Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP); Assistance during Bidding; Design Closeout Documentation; and Assistance during Construction.
