The Contractor shall provide professional services for the preparation of a set of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the ANC North Terminal Northside Aprons and Taxilane Reconstruction project. Services are anticipated to include PFAS Testing, Environmental Activities, Storm Drain Inspection and Design, Engineer¿s Design Report, Construction Safety and Phasing Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Design Engineering, Assistance during Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance during Construction.
