The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0008 to Raytheon Technical Services Company to provide for the redesign of the 1342AS611 A20 Character Generator Circuit Card Assembly for AN/AWW-13 Pods under the subject Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: RTSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the AWW-13 Data Link Pods. RTSC alone has the experience, special skills; proprietary technical documentation, software/algorithms; facilities and manufacturing techniques required to produce, assemble and integrate this equipment and furnish the supplies and services with the required timeframe. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of acontract for the effort mentioned above.
