A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by close of business 6 August 2014, which shall be considered by the agency. GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC has a unique knowledge base of the SLAM-ER, as a result of its design, development, and modification of these systems. Accordingly, Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements specified herein.
