The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-07-G-0005 with Raytheon Company (cage 94404), Portsmouth, RI 02871. The purpose of the delivery order is to continue with Phase two of the Airborne Low frequency Sonar (ALFS) production transfer to a US based supplier. The proposed acquisition is for a sonar system for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. The technical data and drawings for the ALFS are proprietary to Raytheon Company, Portsmouth, RI. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this sonar system under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. See note 22.
