The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office, Littoral Mine Warfare (PEO LMW) is providing technical data for the AN/AQS-20A Sonar, Mine Detecting Set to industry via the US Navy AN/AQS-20A Data Interchange Advanced Interactive Management Technology Center (AIMTC) website. The purpose is to increase industry collaboration and awareness of the Program Executive Office, Littoral and Mine Warfare in-service and legacy systems to companies that plan to pursue underwater sensor work with the United States Navy. The AN/AQS-20A Sonar is a component of the Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures (OAMCM) family of systems and is capable of identifying bottom mines, and detecting, localizing, and classifying bottom, close-tethered, and volume mines. The AN/AQS-20A Sonar, Mine Detecting Set’s mission is minehunting in direct, organic support of the Carrier Strike Group (CSG) and the Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG). To gain access to the AN/AQS-20A Data Interchange (AIMTC) website you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien and complete the Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 1) and the Underwater Sensor Use Agreement (Attachment 2). Account access shall be requested as follows: 1. Completely fill and scan to PDF the Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Underwater Sensor Use Agreement. Incomplete agreements will not be accepted. 2. Email Mr. Sylvester Ceasar ([email protected]) a PKI signed message including the scanned in Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement and Underwater Sensor Use Agreement. The subject line of the email should read “AN/AQS-20 Data Interchange Access Request�. A valid PKI certificate is required to apply for access. 3. If approved to access data, instructions, user name, password, and log in information will be provided to access data. Users will need to log on using the PKI certificate they used when they applied for the account. 4. Periodically review FedBizOps and the data exchange for updated technical documents. All other questions shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this special notice and no telephone calls or emails will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced separately via the Navy Exchange Commerce Online (NECO) and the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) websites and interested parties would be required to respond to that solicitation announcement.
