The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source modification under contract N00019-17-D-0007 to BAE Systems Information and Electronics of Greenlawn, New York to modify an existing Acceptance Test Station (ATS) to support stand-alone testing of the Interrogator/Transponder Receiver Sub-SRA (SSRA). The effort shall include the development of an additional Interface Test Adapter (ITA) for the Interrogator/Transponder Receiver SSRA, procurement and integration of necessary COTS equipment to support the integration of the ITA to the ATS, software update for the ATS including documentation and software development, and the verification the required performance of the modified ATS. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis to pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one Responsible Source".
