The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to award orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-20-G-0005 to support the AN/ APR-39 Radar Signals Detecting Set (RSDS) Program. Orders may be issued to obtain engineering and technical services, aircraft integration, logistics support, test and evaluation support, retrofit, and related repairs in support of the AN/APR-39.

Each effort will be separately solicited through NAVAIR on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
