This is a Public/Private Partnership (PPP) between the depot at Robins AFB and Northrop Grumman Corporation for the repair of assets applicable to the AN/APN-241 for the C-130 aircraft.  The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition.  Acquisition of this repair is restricted to the following sources: NORTHROP GRUMMAN CORPORATION (NGC) (Cage Code: 95542).  Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.  This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.  All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
