The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Delivery Order NAVAIR AN/ALQ-214, BOA N00019-05-G0017, with ITT Avionics, Clifton New Jersey on a sole source basis for AN/ALQ-214 for work as follows: The work requirements are for the repair, support, calibration and repackaging necessary to restore NAVAIR AN/ALQ-214 Weapons Replaceable Assemblies(WRAs) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs). This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis to ITT Avionics in accordance with FAR6.302-1 because ITT Avionics is the sole designer, developer and manufacture of the AN/ALQ-214 and is the only firm that can provide these spares within the required time frame.
