AN/ALM-288 Countermeasures Dispenser Test (CDT)
This acquisition is to establish a non-commercial, two-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements contract for the production of AN/ALM-288 Countermeasures Dispenser Test (CDT), in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The AN/ALM-288, NSN 4920-01-423-4674EW (single tester) and NSN 4920-01-123-8143EW (two testers in a carrying case), both items are used to verify the absence of stray voltage and the operational status of an AN/ALE-40, AN/ALE-45 and AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispensing System (CMDS).
This Requirements contract will consist of one basic contract period of 12 months and one option period of 12 months. The best estimated quantities (BEQs) for each period are:
AN/ALM-288 NSN 4920-01-423-4674EW: Basic: 80 each; Option period I: 80 each
AN/ALM-288 NSN 4920-01-123-8143EW: Basic: 50 each; Option period I: 50 each
The delivery schedule will be 12 months after receipt of (ARO) each individual order for the AN/ AN/ALM-288, early delivery is acceptable. The incumbent contractor is BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., (CAGE 94117). In accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements applies to this requirement. Technical data is NOT available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this synopsis are required within 15 calendar days of this notice on or before 29 June 2019.
