Construction of facility improvements at the Amy Yee Tennis Center. Elements of the Work include, but are not limited to: ADA parking and entrance upgrades, ADA toilet room tennis court accessibility, exterior painting, front entrance soffit replacement, tennis court egress improvements, and storm water improvements. Additive #1: Exterior site lighting in parking lot and wall packs located on the south elevation. This Bid Item includes demolition and disposal of old fixtures and installation of new fixtures. Additive #2: New metal building insulation/liner assembly mounted to the interior side of the perimeter walls (except at west elevation, soffits and fascia areas).
