I. SOURCES SOUGHT ââ¬â HUBZONE General Contractor for renovation and alterations
The repair and replacement of roofs in Buildings 1087, 1098, and 7105 as well as interior/exterior doors and frames in buildings 1086, 1093, 1094, 1096, and 7105 will be required. The replacement of water heaters and storage tanks in Buildings 1093, 1094, 1096; the installation, the replacement and repair of HVAC equipment in Buildings 1038, 1039, 1040, 1086, 1087, and 1091; and the installation of new windows in Building 1089 is required. The demolition of existing partitions and walls, as well as the construction of new partitions and walls in Building 1089, will be accomplished.
Total construction range is between $250,000 to $500,000.
This work is planned to take place between August 2009 and August 2010.
