AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT- ARRA -PROCUREMENT Receipt of an award under the solicitation #RMK00100055 is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. This announcement is for purpose of the soliciting contractor's interest in providing the Bureau Of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services a Strategic Planning Law Enforcement Document that will be used to implement the goal and mission of the organization. The planning will establish objectives and strategic goals which relate to the areas Prevention, Policing and Corrections. This statement of work requires an inter-disciplinary approach to assess, develop, and evaluate the broad range of issues in public safety in Indian Country. This may require the Contractor to conduct qualitative research, quantitative analysis, modeling; outreach; technical assistance and development of policy options on subject matter areas that include, but are not limited to the following areas: Prevention, Policing, Corrections, and Prosecution.
