Vendor's Physical Address: 136 MADISON AVE FL 7NEW YORK, NY 10016-6711 The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a requirement for Buckle Down Publishing software which will be used by the Tuba City Boarding School, in Tuba City AZ. The software will aid in measuring student academic progress for grades 2 through 8. The Buckle Down Assessment Program complies with Federal guidelines to measure academic progress, is a criterion-referenced software program which is also used to assess, measure and instruct all academic state standards required by the Arizona Department of Education. The software will be administered three times during the year; from each assessment, Tuba City Boarding School will be able to plot and plan software-specific lessons which will be used to instruct, and measure individual student growth. Proficiency is measured by the Buckle Down software is equivalent to proficiency in the Arizona state AIMS (Activities Integrating Math and Science) Assessment. Interested persons/parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by April 30, 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received in response to this announcement will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No formal solicitation shall be issued.
