Revised Proposal Package (from Amendment #3) Subfactor 4(d), Pages 25 and 26

Replace the following text:
Provide a master roll-up of Subfactor 4(b) to include: the total personal property and personal property acquisition (Subfactor 4(b) Table 1); the total estimate of Start-Up Costs (Subfactor 4(b) Table 2); and the demonstration of the total available financial backing to operate all Contracts.

With this text:
