Amendment 0003 makes changes to the insurance requirements identified in Section H.16 and adds FAR 52.228-5, Insurance-Work on a Government Installation.

Amendment 0002 provides responses to all questions received and corrects attachment numbers referenced in solicitation section L. 

Amendment 0001 replaces the originally posted solicitation in its entirety as the incorrect solicitation was included with that posting. The solicitation posted with this Amendment 0001 is the correct solicitation for this advertisement.

The objective of this solicitation is to obtain Psychological Services, specifically:

1. Clinical reports of findings, pursuant to evidence-based clinical assessments, comprehensive psychololical evaluations, and comprehensive neurophysical evaluations.

2. Evidence-based Individual Psychotherapy.

3. Group Treatment Sessions.

4. Case Consultation.
