The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for a door replacement project located in Longmont, Colorado.  

This procurement is being set aside for a small business under NAICS code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which has a small business size standard of $45.0 Million.

Estimated size of this project: Between $750,000 and $1,000,000.

Work included in project:

1) Replace doors and hardware sets for 75 interior doors (21 double door leaves, 53 single door leaves, and one open double door frame).  Approximately 15 of the doors will require new door frames.

2) Replace 340 key cores and update mast keying system.

3) Provide and install hardware, supplemental equipment, and sofware for doors.

4) Remove and reinstall site specific hardware associated with existing door assemblies back to original configurations (most door are electronically secure with key readers).
