The Government intends to issue a new delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-08-G-0010 in support of the AMCM (Airborne Mine Countermeasures) purchase of twelve (12) Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures (OAMCM) Mission B-Kits. The contract type is anticipated as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and will be issued on an other than full and open competitive basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT 06615-9129.

The purpose of this effort is to procure twelve (12) OAMCM Mission B-Kits in accordance with a Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) conducted under N61331-06-D-0012-0008 to augment the existing eight B-Kits already procured.

The Contractor shall provide twelve (12) OAMCM Mission B-Kits to the Government. Each OAMCM Mission B-Kit consists of three components:

Base Kit (Part 96073-95002-011 less auxiliary fuel tank part number 96307-03800-102)
Tow Kit (Part 96073-95001-011)
ALMDS Airframe Kit (Part 96073-85004-012)

This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements.
