Project Description This project consists of a new 54,000 square foot three-story office building/meeting center for the University of Illinois Alumni Association. The project includes the building construction, associated site work, and associated utilities. Bid Dates Bids for Divisions II through VI work will be received up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Wednesday, April 28, 2004. Bids for Division I work will be received up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. prevailing time, on April 28, 2004. The owner shall assign the contracts for Contract Divisions II - VI Work to the Contract Division I (General Contractor) in accordance with Article 6.2 of the General Conditions.
