The Army Contracting Command Command-Redstone Arsenal AL intends to award Altium, Inc. on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will
satifsy agency requirements, and products descriptions"  for Altium Designer Software License.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Altium, Inc.. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Samuel Mason via email at [email protected], no later than 31 August 2017 at 4 PM (CST).
